Promotional Statement   I am a dedicated actress with a passion for creating art in the acting industry. I have a grade 4 in Drama and due to my determination in my craft I don’t believe that will be my last qualification I get. I’ve participated in a variety of performances ranging from musicals and devising pieces, whether on stage or off stage to enhance my collaborative skills and gradually build my confidence to work in the field in the future. My confidence has benefitted my communication skills and has naturally helped me take the leadership roles in groups and express my creative ideas without hesitation. In addition to that, due to handling a large amount of responsibility I find it easy to be under pressure and adapt in certain situations. I consider myself passionate about the art of acting which makes me reliable to put my everything into a performance and emphasises my endless commitment.    Core Skills in Performing Arts : My core skill is acting, I have a grade 4 in GCSE Drama and during this time I portrayed a variety of different characters whether through reading off scripts or creating devising pieces which significantly helped with my ability of characterization and confidence. For my final exam I read a monologue and duologue from the play 'I Think We Are Alone', for my monologue I read as the character Ange and for my duologue Manny (March 2023). In doing this, I focused on self discipline to assure I learnt my lines and made sure to communicate with my costar to determine our interpretations of the script and our methods to portray them in our performance. In Addition to this, I multi-roled as Greed and Pride in my devising groups adaptation of the seven deadly sins (2022).
